All orders are processed within 1–3 business days but shipped within time frame you select for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed. We offer standard and expedited shipping through trusted carriers.

❗ Delays & Damages

La Purist is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or external circumstances.

  • Lost or stolen packages once the shipment has left our facility.

  • Damages that occur in transit.

🔁 Return to Sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
